S.p.a.: COSA PRODUCE E COME OPERA SUL MERCATO
La C.M.C.I. S.p.a. opera nel comparto innovativo costruzione
macchine per cucire industriali dal 1976.L'Azienda produce e
vende macchine ad alta tecnologia per il settore calzaturiero e
pelletteria in genere, quindi il suo sviluppo è basato nella
realizzazione di macchine sempre all'avanguardia ed è in
grado
di soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti.
La C.M.C.I. S.p.A. è una delle poche aziende che operano nel
più importante comprensorio di calzature in Italia, ed
è
riuscita con ottimi risultati ad introdurre dal 1992
l'elettronica nella costruzione di macchine per la calzatura e
pelletteria come la F2000/95 unica ad avere due campi di lavoro
indipendenti e di notevole dimensioni e la M90-B -C per la
programmazione computerizzata e all'arricciatura nel mocassino
tubolare originale.
L'incremento della produzione dal 1976 ad oggi è un dato di
fatto molto rilevante; si è partiti all'origine con solo due
modelli, si è giunti a produrre ben 16 modelli con circa 4
sottoclassi per modello, per soddisfare il maggior numero di
clienti proponenti cuciture particolari ed innovative nella
modelleria del settore in cui opera.
L'Azienda, per l'introduzione di un nuovo prodotto segue le
seguenti regole:
* per avere successo le macchine di nostra produzione devono
avere un alto contenuto tecnologico per dare prestazioni
superiori ed offrire un valore aggiunto al nostro Cliente;
*soltanto un prodotto innovativo potrà affermarsi in un
mercatoaltamente competitivo;
*per avere successo è bene apportare innovazioni nel mercato
in
cui già si opera piuttosto che crearne un altro.
In merito al come nascono e si sviluppano nuove idee, la C.M.C.I.
S.p.a. ha sempre puntato sul seguente mix di fattori:
* individuare tra i propri collaboratori coloro che hanno
maggiore spirito innovativo, intenso come capacità di
ordinare e
riordinare gli elementi di un problema in modo da ottenere
soluzioni differenti da quelle normalmente accettate,
* consulenti esterni;
* assistenza post-vendita;
*analisi critica dei progetti del passato.
ogni macchina, per le sue caratteristiche di novità
è coperta
da brevetto o da modelli di utilità.

PRODUCES AND HOW IT OPERATES IN THE MARKET
The C.M.C.I. S.p.A.has been operating in the innovative sector of
the construction of industrial sewing machine, since 1976.
The Company produces and sells high - tecnology machines for the
footwear and leather- goods sector,
so it bases its development
on the realization of machines always in the van and it is able
to satisfy the customers' requirements.
The C.M.C.I. S:p.A. is one of the few companies operating in the
most important footwear district in Italy; since 1992 it has
introduced, with excellent results, the electronic in the
construction of footwear and leathergoods machines as the
F2000/95, the unique to have two indipende
nt work
fields of considerable dimensions and the M90 -C-B for the
computerized programming of the curling in the original tubolar
mocassin.
The production increment is a very important fact since 1976 up
to today; originally the Company produced only two models , now
it produces no less than 16 models with about four underclasses
for each model, so as to satisfy the greatest number of customers
proposing particular and innovating seams in the modelling of the
sector where one operates.
The Company follows these rules for the introduction of a new
product:
* to succeed, the machines of our production must have an high
technological content, so that they can give superior
performances and offer a value added to our Customer;
* only an innovating product will be able to assert itself in an
highly - competitive market;
*to succeed it is necessary to make innovations in the market
where a company is already operating, rather than create another
one.
As regards the way new ideas rise and develop, the C.M.C.I.
S.p.A. has always pointed to the following mix of factors:
*to locate, among its assistants, the ones who have the greatest
innovating spirit, that is the ability to arrange and put in
order again the elements of a problem, so as to reach solutions
which are different from those usually accepted;
*outside consultants;
*after-sale assistance;
*critical analysis of the past projects.
For its characteristics of novelty, each machine is covered by a
patent or by utility models.
